Ancient texts which has survived centuries noted that St. Patrick banished snakes from Ireland though it has never been proved exactly how St. Patrick accomplished this amazing feat. Scholars have come to the commonly accepted conclusion that St. Patrick blessed a sacred cup which held cucumbers and a mixture of liquid made of vinegar and salt (later this would become the pickle).

Atwater Block Brewery, is located in the heart of Detroit’s Rivertown district near the banks of the Detroit River (at-water, river, get it?) Even a cold, windy, snowy night couldn’t contain the madness which is picklecup.
